Dellivery schedule orders are usually shipped within 24 hours, customers can expect to receive orders within 7-10 working days in UK mainland. Although most arrive within 3-5 days however we can not guarantee this so we like to quote 7-10 working days. Order acknowledgement upon receipt of your order you will receive an order acknowledgement via email with order number, customer shipping, billing information , products ordered, total cost of order. 10. Returns policy
At Archie's Country Clothing Ltd we want you to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us, in the event that you wish to return any items back to us please contact Archie's Country Clothing Ltd for authorisation first either by email or phone. After authorisation by Archies Country Clothing Ltd, you must return the item and packaging in original undamaged condition at your cost to Archie's Country Clothing Ltd within 7 working days. Please note we can not accept returns if you deliver them by hand.
For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded method of delivery as proof of postage.
Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective. Upon receipt of the returned product to Archies Country Clothing Ltd a refund will be credited to your account or the product will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of Archie's Country Clothing Ltd . If a refund is issued it will be for the original purchase price including your postage fees.
